Seriously Adorable Style

Okay, okay, I know summer is in full swing with plenty a wedding to be had (see here and here). But I could not wait till the early days of autumn to share with you these seriously adorable minis paired with adorable geometric print stockings and kitten heel oxfords.

The whole look has me counting the days on my calendar when I can break out said stockings, and maybe see a few brave bridesmaids and a fashion savvy bride take the plunge into sheer bridesmaid style awesomeness by coordinating a look much like this. Until then, I shall gaze wistfully at the above picture and be content with this.

Fancy Footwork

There once was a time when the only choice of bridal footwear was a pair of clunky closed toe pumps. Sad, I know.

If visions of walking down the aisle in a pair of clunky dyed to match satin disasters leaves you tossing and turning at night, fret not dear bride for here's something that is sure to put a smile on your face!

Myself? I'm dreaming of walking down the aisle in a swirl of organza and delicate petals like these stunners from Valentino. And don't forget the darling pictures of these puppies peeking out from underneath your dress. And a close up shot. And a side angle. And one with your fresh pedi. Sorry - getting carried away here.

Think outside the proverbial shoe box and and step into this season's crop of gorgeous shoes that are definitely worth the investment for your wedding day and beyond. After all, Cinderella got to wear her heels twice and so should you!

Everything Old is New Again

Congratulations to all you beautiful brides to be who are starting the New Year with the most wonderful present of all! As you embark on this stage in your life, it may seem the same things you experienced just a few months ago suddenly seem new again. The sky looks a little bluer, the flowers smell a little sweeter, I become a little cheesier.

As such, vintage inspired weddings continues to be a trend in 2010. But don't worry - these re-imagined touches hit all the right style notes.

From Style Unveiled, romantic lace gives new meaning to something old.

Vivienne Westwood + TCP = Sole Mates

Vivienne Westwood has collaborated with Australian company Melissa to design an amazingly stylish and adorable rubber shoe for spring/summer! Now I sure love me my Christian Louboutins, but don't these shoes loudly proclaim that love and fashion are the order of the day?

What's more, these cuties have a delicious bubble gum scent and are made of sustainable rubber so you'll be helping out the environment in style. Check out all the darling colors - and won't these look fabulous with your bridesmaid dresses! Or better yet, rather than doing different colored bridesmaid dresses, what about different color shoes?

I got my hands on a pair of the salmon and black ones - and all I can say is I will be comfortably dancing the night away!
